• Refunds & Return are not offered. All sales are final. We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either due to damaged Products received or any issue with shipment. 
  • If a defect is determined within the 2 working day period following delivery, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. 
  • Cancellation of the products once purchased is not possible. If no defect is confirmed, the issue is not diagnosed within 2 working days of delivery, a troubleshooting step cannot be performed.
